Got Drugs?
In conjunction with the UNC Wellness Centers at Meadowmont Health and Wellness Expo 2016, UNC Public Safety, Safe Kids Orange County, and the UNC Trauma Program are sponsoring an Operation Medicine Drop event. This is a free community service event that allows the public to safely dispose of outdated and unused prescription and over-the-counter medications. The process helps keep medicines out of the hands children and out of the water supply. The medicine collected will be disposed of properly and safely.

Beginning at 9 a.m., the UNC Wellness Expo will feature all sorts of vendors providing health and wellness information as well as free screenings. This event is also free and open to the public.
