Already a fixture on campus as a final exam de-stressing resource for students, UNC Police K9 handler Officer Ray Rodriguez introduced the department’s new Therapy Dog “Franklin” to Boy Scout Troop 39 at University United Methodist Church last night, located (appropriately) on “Franklin” Street.
Franklin meets the Boy Scouts!
