Officers from UNC Police and other local police agencies shared cheer (and a bit of spending cash for a shopping trip to the Hillsborough Walmart) with Frank Porter Graham Elementary School students, courtesy of the Chapel Hill Optimist Club’s annual “Shop with a Cop” program.
